Paddy To White Rice
This process is different from the “Paddy to Parboiled rice” process in a way that paddy is transferred to the drying section after “Paddy cleaning” without being subjected to “Soaking” and “Steaming.”

Then “Milling”, “Whitening” & “Grading” of the rice is conducted as in the “Paddy to Parboiled rice” process with the difference that Husk Aspirators & Separators are used in “Paddy to White rice” process.

Basmati White Rice is quite delicate unlike Parboiled Rice, so it needs special attention & care in order to minimize its breakage during milling.
